In this assignment we had to create a fake memo that included two tables. We used the insert table and formatting tools. to create this document. I learned how to apply shading within a table as well as how to size columns and rows for tables. I was able to quickly format the tables and insert and use the formula tool. If I was to create this document again, or one similar to it I would size the tables and use the design tab more efficiently than before.
53 Voyager
In this assignment we had to use Microsoft Publisher to create a fake newsletter for a travel company. we had to use the tools to edit the image, color styles and column sizes. I have never used Microsoft Publisher before except for one time where i mad a brochure., so all of the tools were pretty much new to me. I was able to easily place images and change fonts. on the other hand, i found the column tools more difficult and would work better on learning how to use those.
Teen USA Payroll
In this assignment we had to use excel to create a spreadsheet to compute payroll amounts for the employees of the Teen U.S.A. We used technology skills such as format columns, format cell numbering, inserting formulas, AutoFill, and sort and filter. By creating this piece of work I learned about how to use formulas, and the AutoFill feature. In this assignment I believe I did well at the formatting of columns, and the sort and filter as I had used these many times in other documents. To improve my work in this assignment I would try to get a better understanding of the Format cell numbering, and I would attempt to use shortcuts I have found more recently.
